Terms & Conditions for Rental Cois Re Holiday Apartments
These Terms and Conditions apply to Cois Re Holiday Apartments Guests.

When clients place a booking with Cois Re Apartments they are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions are requested to familiarise themselves with the following.

As the apartments are residential, unfortunately we cannot accommodate Stags or Hens.
1. Deposit
A non refundable deposit of 30% for each apartment is required to reserve accommodation.

The booking is provisional until receipt of confirmation from Cos Re Apartments.

A security deposit of €100.00 is required prior to receipt of the Keys and is fully refundable on departure subject to terms and conditions as listed below.

The balance of the rental is payable prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Notice of cancellation must be in writing or by email.
The following charges will then apply:
     28 Days prior to arrival Date: Deposit Retained
     27-14 Days prior to arrival Date:  60% of rental fee *
     Less than 14 Days :  100% of rental fee *
3. Damages & Itinerary
The apartments must be left as found. The cost of repairs to or replacement of damaged or missing property will be the responsibility of the client. These costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Guests are required to leave the apartments clean and tidy (Generally as found) Our cleaners are employed to clean the apartments and change the bed linen, they are not employed to Empty Bins, Do the washing up, clean the oven and grill pan, replace utensils etc, replace books/ DVD’s from Library. All bins to be emptied and rubbish removed to the on-site rubbish and recycling area

 A €40.00 Cleaning Charge will be applied if the apartments require excessive cleaning
5. Return of Deposit
A security deposit of €100 is taken with the balance of payment or prior to receipt of the keys with prior agreement. This will be refunded to you provided the manager/caretaker is satisfied that the Terms and Conditions of the rental have been complied with. In the event that the manager/caretaker is unable to check the apartments at the client’s departure, the security deposit will be forwarded within 7 days. We expect that when the cost of damages, breakages, extra cleaning, exceeds €100 an invoice will be raised and forwarded to the client if not settled on departure. Credit card or Laser card details will be used for debit transactions.
7. Termination Due to Misconduct
Rental of the Apartments may be terminated with no refund at the discretion of the owner/caretaker if the clients / occupiers behave in a disruptive manner, cause a nuisance or disturbance, exceed occupancy level, cause damage to the property or in any other circumstances deemed unreasonable behavior by the supervisor or any officer of the owner.
9. Arrival & Departure Times
Possession of the apartment must be taken between 1500hrs and 1900hrs on arrival day and the apartments must be vacated by 12 00hrs on the day of departure, unless agreement has been agreed in advance. A fee of €50 will be aplied to clients that do not vacate the property on time. It is recommended that the guests telephone the manager at least 24 hours in advance to confirm exact time of arrival. . Late departures can be arranged in advance and are subject to availability i.e. no incoming booking on day of departure.
